You have no right to talk about the weather on a Dutch website. The weather here sucks 90% of the time, in France it's probably about 35% of the time :P

Colmar is one of the driest place in France, even if it's not in the south ! We have a kind of microclimate here. But this winter really is bad (for Colmar I mean :P)

I've just checked ...
Colmar is the second driest city in France, just after Perpignan in the south. That's because we are protected by mountains and a wind we call Foehn. Thanks to those parameters, in average we have 550mm of rain a year and around 90 days of rain only !
